I am a small local mechanic in the Colorado Springs area, that was in need of a banjo fitting that we could not find anywhere in the city. We stopped in at Patterson Custom diesel; and they were extremely kind and helpful. They went through their overstock inventory, and so happened to have the piece that we needed. Been taking my vehicles here for years. Great customer service, very friendly and fair. Quick with repairs. Recently took my vehicle in for a repair where my car wouldn’t start after filling the gas tank, so I paid to have it fixed, and the problem still persisted when I got gas a week later! They were extremely apologetic and cool about getting my car back in to the shop, and they didn’t charge me for the additional repairs! This is a company that owns their mistakes and provides impeccable customer service in the face of an upset customer. Will certainly be coming back for future mechanical work. 5 Stars! -Henry S

I have been taking my 2015 F350 6.7 Power stroke There for a little while now and it’s the only shop I have gone to since I bought the truck. First time at the shop was for a boost leak and they had it fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price and they were very quick to find the issue. A lot of shops are dishonest with younger guys that don’t know much about diesels or they are new to having a diesel and these guys have been nothing but respectful and helpful with all of my questions. The second time at the shop was for valve cover, gaskets injector seals, and to get all of the fluids changed. Even though the shop was really busy, they had it done in one week and it has not leaked any oil since then. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody that is looking for a honest mechanic that knows their stuff and wants to give you quality over quantity.

Had a CP4-CP3 conversion done on my duramax Bob was great keeping me updated on progress of my vehicle and calling when it was completed ( was done a day early) I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs especially on diesels. Great Job I will be back when I need additional work.
